Customer Services working hours are from 9am to 6pm on week days excluding holidays and can be accessed via:

- filling out the protocol form available at the institution’s main office
The service provided by this department is free and all information is registered by a numbered protocol system which stores the clients’ data, the request and the history of attendance. Clients can accompany the status of their request with their protocol number.
When being serviced by the department, the client is informed of the wait time estimated for a response to be sent, which counts only week days, excluding the day of request and the day of response.
Customer service activities are carried out by the customer service department designated by the Banco Brascan, by Fábio Schontag, under supervision of the responsible director, Luiz Fernando Parente.
