The Customer Relations Office (Ouvidoria) of Banco Brascan S.A. was created to serve as a communication channel between Brascan S.A. Corretora de Títulos e Valores and customers and users of its products and services, including to mediate disputes, and to assure strict observance of the legal and regulatory rules regarding consumer rights.


The Customer Relations Office operates on business days, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and can be accessed by:
